Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the general approach VerityHost may apply to refunds for hosting, domains, business email, and related services.
Last updated: May 09, 2026
1. Overview
VerityHost aims to handle refund requests fairly and reasonably. Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, the stage of activation, third-party costs already incurred, service usage, and any applicable plan-specific terms.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and any service-specific terms or order details.
2. Hosting Services
Refund requests for hosting services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially where the request is made shortly after purchase and before substantial service usage, custom setup work, or significant resource consumption has occurred.
Once hosting has been fully provisioned, configured, migrated, customized, or materially used, a full refund may not be available. Partial refunds, service credits, or other reasonable resolutions may be considered where appropriate.
3. Managed Setup, Custom Work, or Assisted Launch
Where VerityHost provides manual setup assistance, migration help, guided launch work, customization, troubleshooting effort, or other time-based service involvement, such work may be non-refundable once performed.
This includes situations where support time, setup effort, or configuration work has already been delivered.
4. Domains
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restoration fees, premium domain purchases, or domain-related third-party charges are generally non-refundable once submitted, processed, or registered, unless a refund is expressly allowed by the relevant provider or required by applicable law.
Domain availability and domain lifecycle events may be subject to registrar, registry, or third-party provider rules.
5. Business Email and Related Services
Business email-related services may be treated similarly to hosting or account services depending on how they are bundled, provisioned, or configured. If email accounts, configurations, or related setup work have already been created or performed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
6. Third-Party or Pass-Through Costs
If VerityHost incurs non-recoverable third-party costs in connection with your order — including domain-related fees, licensing costs, infrastructure charges, migration expenses, setup costs, or other pass-through expenses — those amounts may be excluded from any refund.
7. Renewals
Renewal payments may be non-refundable once a renewal has been processed, particularly where the service term has already started, the service has remained active, or third-party renewals or allocations have already been committed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing renewal dates and contacting VerityHost in advance if they do not wish to continue a service.
8. Suspended, Abusive, or Policy-Violating Accounts
Services suspended, restricted, or terminated due to abuse, spam, fraud, unlawful use, policy violations, payment disputes, or activities that threaten service integrity may not be eligible for refund.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, VerityHost may suspend related services while the matter is reviewed. Refund handling may be limited or adjusted where the payment dispute process is already in progress.
10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, please contact VerityHost through our official support or contact channels and provide your account details, service details, and the reason for the request.
We may ask for additional information needed to evaluate the request fairly.
11. Processing and Method of Refund
If a refund is approved, it may be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible, or through another appropriate method at our discretion, subject to provider limitations, payment processor rules, and applicable law.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banking systems, and third-party processing timelines.
12. Service Credits or Alternative Resolution
In some cases, instead of or in addition to a direct refund, VerityHost may offer a partial refund, service credit, plan adjustment, extension, or another reasonable resolution depending on the circumstances.
13. Policy Changes
VerityHost may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect service changes, operational requirements, third-party provider rules, or legal obligations.
Continued use of services after updated terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
14. Contact
If you have questions about refunds or want to request a refund review, please contact VerityHost through our published support or contact channels.
