Activation starts after payment and onboarding

After successful payment, complete the onboarding form. Domain orders require registrant details. Web design orders require business type, theme preferences, pages needed, content details, and optional logo or SEO requirements. Provisioning is queued after onboarding and the service status updates in the dashboard.
